Consultants realizes the method of asbestos and environmental remediation
always has a significant impact on the cost of a project. Our environmental
staff understands the importance of accurately assessing site conditions.
Our projects are managed by engineers with relevant construction
experience and the ability to communicate effectively with the Owners,
Contractors and the entire Project Team.

A key aspect
of environmental services is the ability to monitor a project throughout
abatement. Our personnel regularly observe abatement activities,
verify completion of the work and conduct air-clearance tests prior
to removal of the work enclosures. Activities are coordinated with
our design staff, the Owner and the Contractor. Projects have included
governmental, institutional, educational, industrial and private
facilities.

services are performed under the control of our internal Quality Control
Program. We subscribe to and participate in the AIHA Bulk Asbestos
Quality Assurance Program, the NIOSH Proficiency Analytical Testing
(PAT) Program and an Independent Interlaboratory Round-Robin Program
for PCM Analysis. Our asbestos technologists have received training
and have attended current refresher courses in building inspection
and management plan preparation, project design and PCM NIOSH 582. |
